One Month Later: Radiant Health Leadership Transition
January 2015 marked the beginning of Lisa A. Dominisse’s tenure as Executive Director of Radiant Health.
Prior to working for FSSI, Lisa was the Director of Development Services for the City of Marion. Lisa has also served on the Board of Directors for Radiant Health, Inc.
Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Lisa worked as a political appointment for former Nebraska Governor Mike Johanns, as well as in economic development in North Platte. She has served as a hospital human resources executive and has owned her own consulting and performance coaching business.
Lisa’s undergraduate degree is in journalism with a major in advertising and minors in music, biology and political science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She is also a graduate of the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma, and received a Master of Business Administration in 2006 from Bellevue University.
Lisa has already been hard at work during her first month as Executive Director — meeting staff members and hearing their vision and hopes for the agency, among other things. She brings a unique energy and creative vision to FSSI. The agency’s future is very bright under Lisa’s leadership, as we continue to seek ways to encourage, empower and educate individuals, family and communities to improve their quality of life.
The first 90 days are going to really be about assessing. We’ll definitely want to leverage our strengths. And our current strengths really are focused in those areas of domestic violence, family education and counseling.”
