I AM
In my mind, I battle regularly with negative I AM statements. I am tired. I am not a morning person. I am not worthy. I am lazy. I am… You get the drift.
In order to combat this, I started a new journaling practice in 2017 that has proven fruitful and although I’ve mentioned it before, I’d like to focus on just one part of that practice. The last thing I journal in the morning is three daily affirmations.
I AM healthy and strong.
I AM a good decision maker.
I AM a money magnet.
These affirmations change based upon what I am focusing on at the time. They can be personal or professional. What I’ve discovered is that I’m hitting my goals more readily and am gaining confidence in areas of my life where I often felt weak or inadequate. It’s been a game changer!
I’d like to challenge each of you to take a good look at your life and consider the life you dream of—how will you get there? Create the roadmap and begin taking the steps to make it happen.
